Decarb Technologies Corp. and Molecular Rebar Design, LLC (MRD) and its Affiliate
Molecular Rebar Elastomer, LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to
Accelerate CO₂ Utilization Technologies by developing a market for carbon nanotubes
created as part of an innovative carbon capture and utilization technology called
CARGEN technologies.

This MOU is part of the effort related to the recent strategic Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) between Decarb Technologies and Molecuar Rebar Design, LLC
to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative carbon capture and
utilization (CCU) technologies. The Decarb Technologies Corp. and Molecular Rebar
Design, LLC MOU covers the use of a carbon nanotube product stream in rubber and
other products, enabling better economics with CCU technology. The addition of
carbon nanotubes to rubber products extends lifetime and performance, such as lighter
weight and less use of energy, for major tire and rubber markets.

Under the MoU, Decarb Technologies and Molecular Rebar Design will collaborate on:

• Joint research and technology development in carbon nanotube production and use in large volume applications.
• Pilot‐scale validation and commercialization pathways for use of carbon nanotubes using MRD technology
• Scaling technologies from laboratory to industrial deployment to create value in advanced materials and circular carbon economies
